Five steps. (Downloads and addresses go live on promethium.work.)

1 - Mine

Grab the node + miner, make an address, and point your CPU / GPU / ASIC at Promethium Chain (or a pool). It's SHA-256, so Bitcoin gear works as-is. No hardware? Use the Hiring Hall instead.

2 - Haul (just wait)

Mined promethium takes 100 blocks to surface. Safe the whole time — nothing decays. Grab a coffee.

3 - Stabilize fast (the split)

The moment it surfaces, the 17.7h clock starts. Run it through the Stabilization Plant:

• On time -> the whole batch becomes $PROM.
• Late -> you keep what survived; the decayed slice goes to the Relief Fund.

Fees: 2% (in $PROM) + 1 USDC x402. Best done by an agent the instant it surfaces.

4 - Put $PROM to work

• R&D Institute -> stake for better tools, mine up to 3x easier.
• Recruitment Office -> recruit miners for more labour, up to 2x easier (stacks).
• Relief Fund -> deposit for $PROM interest from everyone else's decay.

5 - Go agentic

Load the skill.md into Claude and just say what you want — "stabilize what surfaced, stake half in R&D, deposit the rest." The agent runs the company and beats the clock for you. See Agentic Mining.
